How do I know which option is right for me?
If you have the budget to pay upfront, lump sum is cheaper long-term (you own it outright after one payment). If cash flow is tight or you want to include hosting and maintenance in one predictable bill, the monthly subscription works well.
What is included in every project?
Custom design (no templates), mobile-responsive development, on-page SEO foundations, contact form setup, Google Analytics and Search Console configuration, and a training session so you can make basic edits yourself.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your quote covers everything discussed in scope. Hosting and domain are separate (typically $20-50/month for hosting and $15-20/year for a domain). We will tell you about these costs upfront.
What happens after the 12-month subscription term?
It becomes month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days notice, switch to a lower maintenance-only plan, or continue as-is. You own the site regardless.
Do you do hourly work?
For existing clients who need small updates outside their plan, yes. Our hourly rate is $95/hour with a 1-hour minimum. For new projects, we always quote fixed prices.
